I've been anti-Bush since he got into office. Still am but not as badly. AND YOU ASSHOLES ARE TO BLAME!!! Arguments like these:

have made me realize and agree with many points from the republican side of things. Curse you all for opening my liberal eyes!

Man, you just have to realize the balance theory, just like everyone else, Georgy is a simple human, flawed, but at times great. It just matter who can get the job done best, not who can be perfect.

Me, I'm fine with him, old world justice, and firearms

I have my issues with W too. But, the only alternative was Gore, then Kerry. He is by no means perfect and I'd like to gangster slap him on the issue of the borders. But, he was the right man to have in office after 9/11. I'd much rather have a person who claims to be moral, strives to be moral, but then fails a percentage of the time rather than a person who is just amoral from the outset with not even a pretention of a conscience. RJ is right, W is flawed, as are we all. And sometimes **** just happens. It is the bigoted and ignorant that always looks for somebody to blame instead of accepting that you can't prevent everything.

my family is primarily republican, however with the last election, things got mixed around a little bit. when all was said and done, W was the lesser of 2 evils. i'd hate to think where we'd be if John Kerry were president. :doah:

TSGB, welcome to the brighter side of things. :D

I love guns, 4x4's, demolition derbies, living in a wooden house, and standing up for what I believe in. But on the other side of things, I realize the environment is soon to be a pressing issue, gas is a depleting resource, and forests aren't being replenished fast enough. I think I'm confused...

From a program I was watching on NTGEO, our forests are growing 40% faster than we can use them
