    I have a 203 with adapter for a 400 and a 400 with an adapter for a 205 so all I need is one 205 for a 400
and the adapter that go's between the transfers to make
a doubler. I was wondering if anyone here has ever done
this. What are the pros and cons of doing this other than
driveline angles because it is longer. My idea is to go
with tall gears so I can not tach hard on the highway
and still have super low gears for wheelin. Let me know what
    you all think. Thanks.

Go to www.offroadlist.com and search the archives. A guy named Gord did this before ORD came out with there's. He has posted on it recently so it shouldn't be too hard to find. You will also need some type of intermedent shaft between the two cases. This will have to be custom made. I would talk to Gord first, he said he would help anyone who wanted to try to make there own, he also said if he had to do it again he would have bought ORD's doubler. Good luck, Jim.

I talked to Gordon way back when and hes the one that sent me to ORD. You could make the addapter your self, and the new output for the 203 range box but I think you would be money a head to just call and get the kit from ORD, Mine went togeather slik and its well though out, plus unlike other adapter kits everthing fit right!

I understand the jeep thing I drive a BLAZER!!
