Anyone know how to positively ID a dana 20 transfer case? Is the 20 that was used in the first gen blazers the same as a jeep dana 20?? Also anyone have an idea of roughly what this transfercase would weigh?

    Thanks

A dana 20 will have a very large rectangular cover on the bottom (as installed) with 10 bolts in it. I know the jeep and early bronco dana 20's are different, but thats because the front output is on different sides. I know some parts will interchange. As for weight I move one around my shop all the time, I have never weighed it but I can carry it easily. I would say 100 lbs
