I'm risking my life and family's good name here I'm sure... But I'm about to get a good deal on all the stuff to lift the front of my 91 Xploder 4 inches (if the deal goes through)... So now I need to find stuff to lift up the rear and get some shocks... I think I'm gonna want to get some big leaf springs since I've heard blocks are baaad news...

    I can't find any place online that sells just leaf springs that'll give me 4 inches... I can't even find any places that sell 4 inch blocks... Anyone here have any cool ideas?????????????? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

    Uhm nevermind hehe

Why not do a SOA like in the thread, the back would flex better, and all you'ld need is new spring perches and longer shocks. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

How's that? People use blocks a lot, even some of the lift kits for Explorers use rear blocks... Wouldn't make sense for someone to spend $1000 for something that's only gonna raise half the truck /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Blocks only work for lifting when you're already spring over axle. When you're spring under, they're used for lowering.
