I'm going through withdrawals. Today I found some old concrete steps out on our property. Not much, but I pretended I was "rock climbing". /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

We got a Michigan about an hour and fifteen minutes from us hey /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
There are places to wheel around here, but my wheeling buddy aka hubby still needs to do lots of repair to get his rig rolling again. <sigh>

I'm sure some breakage would fix the wheeling bug.

I do /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif trust me... LOL. Except for backyard wheeling. We have a hill also, but the river is right there and I'd hate for something to happen /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif Maybe I can do some more exploring back there one of these days... once my ankle is healed up from today /forums/images/graemlins/ignore.gif

I am so in withdrawl too. It's kind of hard when you truck doesn't currently have a steering box or drag link to go wheeling. Plus the inspection's out so I can't drive anywhere to go wheel. Plus....well you get the idea.
At least I fixed my engine today so it's running strong again. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Hang in there man, I know how frustrating that can be! Mine has had far more "down time" than I'd care to admit in the past few months.

[blockquote]have a lift of stuff[/blockquote] - edited to say how the heck do you quote with this message board thing??

Hey, how does a "lift of stuff" work? J/K. Didn't you used to have a Webshots album? I'd like to see more pics of your rig!

Within the last 5 minutes my Hi-Lift jack arrived via UPS, *and* the boneyard called to notify me that the hardtop/windshield frame will be ready by tomorrow for my full convertible conversion. Yeehaw!

Do you need to swap to full convert doors, or will your 2nd gen doors work with the conversion?

Why do you ask, hmmm??? Are you thinking of doing the same? I can't wait. It's going to be so nice. I'd either have to swap doors, but the donor vehicle doors are smashed, or I can cut and cap the existing doors. I'm not sure which to do, since I dented that bottom of my driver's side door (you were there, remember that? lol). I might be mistaken but I'm not sure the body lines are quite the same either. Here is the donor:

That is ok, I figure you have something to do with a lift on your list, or something.

I'll look forward to a spec page on your rig!
