    the urge to make it more powerfull is overwhelming and i deffintly dont like that feeling haha

    Ya a guy here in Mallard has one of those but SRW. Edge programer and 5 or 6 inch exhaust really livened that truck up. He claims he gets better mileage too....so theres your excuse tot he significant other on why your doing it.

    running huge power you need 5 inch exhaust. I have 5 inch MBRP on mine.

    I'm with ya Nate... I don't see the point in exhaust big enough to lose my leg in... What size do those truck pull guys run? :rolleyes:

    It helps get heat away from the turbo and brings EGT's down. Once the exhaust temps get to a certain point the turbo starts to melt. If you haven't run a diesel with a big load behind it, you wouldn't understand. ;)

    I've got 4" on now and 5" mbrp straight when the twins go on.......which looks to be in 2 weekends from now :laugh:


    pullers run pipe.........straight up through the hood ;)

    I remember hearing Sled rant about EGT's on Furds one time... :haha:

    I guess if it's a legitimate reason, and not a ricer deal. I don't know what the **** I'm talking about anyway. :haha:
