I wanna see pics of your 38\'s or 39.5\'s on 8\" to 10\" lift

Wanting to view pics of these sizes of tires on anwhere from 8" to 10" of lift so I can get an idea how much I need to clear 38's or 39.5's.

Keep in mind, I'm not a rock crawler, so I don't need to cut the fenders, etc. Just need the clearance to fit either 38" Radial Swampers or 39.5" Boggers.

On the brown truck with 12", how high is the bottom of the window off the ground? Want an idea so I can see where my '88 V30 stands at right now with 10" lift.

Re: I wanna see pics of your 38\'s or 39.5\'s on 8\" to 10\" lift

My pic is with me running 8" of lift and 44" TSLs. Prior to this I had 39" Boggers with the same 8" of lift. I had to cut the fenders a little to keep the Boggers from hitting during good travel. I now have them cut almost to the reasonable limit and after moving my front axle forward 1.5", they only hit at the top of the fender during SICK (as far as leaf springs go) travel.

Re: I wanna see pics of your 38\'s or 39.5\'s on 8\" to 10\" lift

the d60 has higher spring perches than a 1/2 or 3/4 ton axel, so less arch/lift is needed.

    I think I am right /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

How high to the bottom of the window? I can see over 5'8"-9", so I just need a measurement to the bottom of the window so I can see where the V30 is at now. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
