Anyone have pictures of a 36x12.50 TSL or SX on a 8-10inch wide wheel? How does it look? Is it kinda skimpy and skinny looking? Or does it look good and aggressive?

I dont have any pics, but I like the look of the 36x12.50s on an 8 inch rim better than I do on my 10" rim.

I have some pics of them on the wheel, and side pics of them on my rig, but nothing showing the tread while mounted on the rig. Would either of those do you any good?

I've got some pic's of my old 36" TSL's on 8" rims on my Zuk. They were a good tire, but love my Boggers now!
If you have 8" rims, it pushes the tire around the bead and helps protect it when rock crawling. You can see how protected my wheels are with 8"ers. [IMG]

I've got 36x12.50 SX's on a 9.75" rim. They look really good, I think it looks really balanced. Definitly not skinny and skimpy. [image]http://coloradok5.com/photos/showphoto.php?photo=1867[/image] Later

    36 TSL on 15x10 wheel
Not a great picture, but it's the best one I have of the new tires.
I think they look a little skinny on 10" wheels, but I don't know that I'd want to put on 8"ers.

I like the look of the skinny wheel. It makes the sidewall round out and looks better. There isnt a functional purpose. I can take pics of my 36x12.5x15 TSl's on 15x10 wheels this Friday if yould like.

Here's a shot of the 36x12.5 tls radials on a 16x10. Looks kinda of wimpy with 9" of lift.

Here a side shot. The front has about 7" of lift with a little fender trimming.

Don't think of it as wimpy, think of it as space to flex. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
