went there and had a good time, however, never rellie(sp?) on the breckenridge public transport system. I had to wait 2 hours in the cold(im from texas) for a stupid bus to take me back to frisco. if only i had the internet in hopes to find steve picking me up w/ the UAV, however that was a mere dream. all in all i had a good time, saw some cool rigs, and enjoyed the 22 hour bus ride home (dont ask why it took so long)

Too bad you didn't let me know Phill.
I live here and have been in Breck every day.
We could have got together for a beer or something.
We get alot of people out here during the holidays and it makes driving a mess.
Next time, look me up and I can at least give you a ride [IMG]
ps, sorry we haven't had more snow.

So can ya used censored words and "church group" in the same paragraph? [IMG]

All the skiing towns in Colorado are incredibly expensive. Most the folks that work there have to commute because they can't afford to live there. Lots of million dollar plus homes up there. [IMG]

I agree things are expensive but I bet you can't get a job at Wendy's in Tx making $8-9 an hour with a ski pass to start.
Cost of living is high but so are the wages. I've lived here for more than twenty years and you learn the local deals. It's been good to me and you can't beat waking up in the mountains and watching a 12 point buck walk by your house!
Here is a picture from my back window.........
