Idaho truck laws

    How strict are they? what are the basic for mudflaps and bumper heigth? I looked over one site and what it list flat sucks.

    bumper has to be 30" and flaps have to come down towith in 10" of the street?

    Oregon just raised thier mud flap law up to 27" since most stock trucks now were hitting the pervouse setting of 20"

    it also sas mufflers required , but I wasputtign them back on anyways since the diesel was just too loud for my taste while being open.

    Mud flaps are 20" from the ground and here is the bumper requirements>>>>>>>
    Trucks and MPVs
    4,500 or less lbs. GVWR 24 inches 26 inches
    4,501 to 7,500 lbs. GVWR 27 inches 29 inches
    7,501 to 10,000 lbs. GVWR 28 inches 30 inches
    Four-wheel drive or dual wheel
    with a 10,000 or less lbs. GVWR 30 inches 31 inches
