one of the 205's is still available.

it's the one currently in the willys frame. it has the JKW twinstick kit. I'd like $250 (half that is the twin stock kit) out of it

i'll drop that one to $150 without the twinstick. i never ground the rail, didn't see how having front wheel drive only with ford 57's would have helped me...(picture front axel just walking away)

anyone looking for a blazer top? or tail gate?

I'm building the 84 as my wheeler after I sell my toyota.

305-th350-208 3/4 tons and 37's 4" lift (front springs rear flip)
    front and rear taper
poly seats with 4 point harnesses
gonna be a quick thrash to throw this together.

nope still here. i can't bring myself to cutting it up or xrushing it so once I get the motor out, it's getting stashed in the back of my storage.

whats the skinny on the yota t-case? lookin for a top shift 21 spline one for my unbelievably-long-term-toy-buggy-project. :thumb: I figure it'll be ready to roll out of the garage by the time I retire. On the flip side, it'll be done cheap and be hella capable. :)

cool beans. I know pretty much all toy mini-trucks use 21-spline stuff, unless they are turbo engines, then 23. At any rate, the key is that it has to be a "top shift" model.

There are also "forward shift" toyota cases...

here are two pics that show the difference. Top shift first...

and here is the forward shift thing...

no idea why an engineer thought running the t-case shifter linkage through the butt end of the tranny would be a good idea.. but whatever. lol! According to Marlin's site, in 81 they only made top shift... hopefully thats true. :) If it is top shift, bring it up here with ya when you come to get your tires. :thumb:

Just to clarify, there's TWO different fwd shifts. The rails on one are aboot a inch longer than the other. BT,DT.

The reason for fwd shift is bench seat clearence.
