if you have a 6\" bds all spring lift, click here....

I went to a very reputable shop yesterday to talk to them about a 6" all spring BDS lift and when I asked about the front drive shaft being to short they assured me that they do these all the time and "won't be a problem" /forums/images/icons/confused.gif witch contradicts most of what I've read on here, anyone running this lift with the stock front drive shaft and a T-case drop?

I have a 6" all spring BDS lift, and yes the driveshafts had to be lengthened. But I think the only real answer to your question is that once your lift is installed, if you have more than 2" of shaft showing between your slip joints, you probably need to have the shafts lengthened. Any good driveline shop and do the job, and the prices vary greatly.

The pics I have posted are right after we finished the lift, 14B & D60. If driven carefully on the street, it was okay, but to do any off roading at all, the front fenders were trimmed back to the wheelwells which are pushed back. /forums/images/icons/grin.gif
