Just wondering how many Illinois k5rs are out ther, what part of the state, and where everyone goes to play?

The only thing the U.S. Military could find to take the place of the K5 was the Hummer.

I am down by Peoria, IL

    As for wheelin spots.....

Not too many that I know of other than behind my house. I have heard of some spots over by Galesburg and down by Canton, but never been there before.

I live in Mendon, just outside of Quincy. We've got some good spots that are on private land. Some friends of mine have a 27 acre camp that thay set up for 4 wheeling with a bull dozer. Serious hills, and great mud when its wet. Nobody goes out there much anymore. There's also some dirt roads that get pretty exciting after some good rain. Recently I had to have a dual wheeled tractor pull me from a couple of them. Same problem both times, the ruts were too deep, or I didn't have big enough tires. I look at it one way, the wife looks at it another.

I am from Champaign, IL. Going to Attica,IN to see how their wheeling spot is. I go down south to find some true wheeling spots.
