So why am I a little skeptical?

Are there some pics of what this rig looks like today, and some background on it. I couldn't get the web page in the profile to load.

If it sounds too good ......

I am sorry I am going to sound Rude, but WHY. You will have a lot of work and just doesn't sound like it is worth the time to do such a thing. Where are you going to get a 14" narrow front windshield for it. What about the steering. The Steering column is going to come out right at the header or into the head. Do you plan on driving this truck on the street? If so the tire will hang out past the fender way to much. Not that that is bad but you will have cops on your ass all of the time. Just some words of advice before you spend the money to do it.

Hey, man, why does everyone have to bash S-10's? I love my S-10 Blazer! It still a Chevy truck and it is an older truck, no new crap here! So what is it is small, it is easier to manuver off-road, except for this darn IFS. I'm tired of hearing all this S-10 Blazer bashing.

you could have a custom S10 if you just traded bodies with rockbuggy k5, sounds like he wants an S10 anyway.

He doesn't want my body, trust me. The only thing that isn't rusted is the roof and hood! Northern road salt and Southern clay have taken its toll on my metal!

Sounds cool. I was thinking about that at one time as well, after seeing Jason Paule's narrowed Bronco. Way too cool. Sounds like there may be someone else out there who would rather wheel than wax! Hey guys, you can do other things with Blazers other than wax em. Besides, when you are sitting there with your 33" all terrains and your fancy chrome wheels and way too loud of a stereo... ole Rockbuggy is gonna take your girl wheelin! Take care... Todd

My girlfriend probably wouldn't go wheeling. So I wouldn't bank on taking her if I were you. However, you could probably narrow your ride another 12-14 inches without her taking that space up.

Sounds like it will be cool. I can't wait to see pics. And remember, who cares what every one else thinks, it's your truck and you have to drive it, not them. Good luck and have fun!
