Well, I'm off to El Paso for a few days. Because being here in L.A. just isn't hot enough, and I want to make sure I miss the upcoming cooling trend completely.

    Somebody, call the waaaambulance.

    That is all.

My condolences. I was born and raised there, been away for 16 years, don't miss it one bit. My folks still live there, some of the few caucasian people left. Have fun anyways, and it's not as hot as southern Arizona:D .

OK, I'm here. It IS the surface of the sun. But unbelievably not as hot as Woodland Hills, CA.

    Waved to my Phoenix bro.

At least Burblover is going to have some fun. I actually have to work here.

Southern - I think they put jalapenos in breakfast cereal around here.

Jimbo: saw 2 white folks here, I think they belong to you (no offense to our unwhite brothers...)

Oh, and Mtnman... ya smarta$$. :p:

No ****!! Well, for my trip. I leave from Tucson where it should only be 108 or so. The head to El Paso. getting a tour of this place http://www.barnettharley.com/ from the owners. Good frineds from the racing community. BTW, it's the worlds largest Harley-Davidson motorcylce dealsership. On my way back, I'll stop in Las Cruces for the night for another racing. It's gonna be hot, but the weather says chance of rain this weekend there. I guess we'll see.

Don't go to Dyer. I wish I had a copy of the song done about that street. A commedian did it off of Creeds "Higher". It was freaking hillarious. ast line was "don't go to Dyer, Where the girls have man peepees!"

Don't worry the rest of texas is BEGGING for NM to take El Paso!

Come to Houston, if you want to see hot!

Arizona is warm campared to Houston.

California is cool compared to Houston.

You should have been around when Queen's "Another One Bites the Dust" came out. Wierd Al or Frank Zappa did a parody called "Another One Rides the Bus" (the city bus line had just changed it's name to great fanfare).
LULAC (the messcans) were PISSED!.. Yeah, and what desertrat67 said, Dyer street is in northeast, and it's geographically undesirable.

    Cary,

PM me w/ size, color (white, black, orange, gray, etc), design request, etc. The owners of Barnett's HD already told us they'd give my brother & I tours of the place. We know them (husband, wife, son) pretty well from the racing scene. I'm really looking forward to their race shop. Should be an awesome tour!! Anyway, I was going to buy a few shirts for me as well. Just let me know today as I won't be online after this afternoon.

Well, it cooled off nicely here, I am still a little amazed. Rained some too, which was fun (I like rain). :ooo: :bow::bow:

Just got back from a party at Cattleman's. Had a great time.

As a note, Texans are really nice, friendly folk. And the guys are so polite - I could get used to this...:thumb:
