The guy that owns the trailer park stopped by thismorning with his crew too look at the trailer house. He seams very intrested in it. He hasn't quoted us a price (offer) yet, he said he'd call us thisafternoon with a offer after he talks to his bank. They looked the house over pretty throughly and seamed too be all happy with the condition of it. Ofcorse the fridge, stove, washer and dryer stays with the trailer. I also added a dishwasher just alittle over a year ago. The house is valued at $15,500.00 . I'll be happy if we can get $15,000.00 out of it.

Wow. Hope your rent in Omaha is way less than that for the year you plan to stay there.

Tell him that an even $15K will have you out of there ASAP. :) Always split the difference between "ask" and "first offer". :thumb:

Rent down in Omaha is not a problem, got that taken care of. After the move cost, paying off credit cards, and paying off 2 loans, I'll have roughly seven grand left over. I'm not too worried about that cause I do have a few bucks in a brokerage account that I plan on buying a house with in the future.

Paint's too hard to remove. Find some pink contact paper instead. ;)
