Looks like a rear output shaft yoke.
Hit the junk yards, should be plentiful.
That is where I got my spare.

OUCH! Hope you weren't going too fast when that happened. Another option would be to use a 1 ton output shaft. Slips right in to the Tcase like your stock one but its bigger to fit the 1350 1 ton Ujoint. Then you can use the hybrid Ujoint from Napa (447) to connect it to your driveshaft. When I got my driveshaft made I opted to get everything 1350 size. Next best thing would be a fixed yoke 205. For the 1 Ton slip yoke contact http://www.sbdriveline.com/ That's where I got my shaft made. Or call Jesse at High Angle.

Go to the junkyards and look for a drive shaft out of any truck/ blazer with a 208. If you're just looking for a yoke they might just say they diont have one for whatever reason. God knows there are thousands of driveshafts with that yoke attached to them. Good luck.

I would think as long as it came out of a 208 t case it wouldnt matter but I would count the splines to be sure and check the length. I dunno if the 3/4 are bigger or not. Anyone else know?

Yes it would have to be out of a 4x4...A 2 wherl drive wouldn't have a 208 behind it...Dan
