My brother has an S10 blazer that I might be able to get. Just curious to know if it would be worth the trouble to turn this into a trail rig?

You could easily wheel it, just plan on breaking cv shafts if you go up in tires size. It would have to be a really good deal to buy it and use it as a wheeler.
I have had 2 s10 blazers, both had the 2.8, no flex, no power, gas mileage was in the high teens. Just my 2 cents.

Mine's a 2wd, but times infinity on the power and mileage with that motor.

You can get a full size for about the same price I bet, and the parts are common and stronger! IMO! :wink1:

Just come across a 78 blazer with 350, th350 that slips and think it had a 203 tc. Body is not real bad rust holes here and there. It was used as huntin truck for awhile but when tranny acted up it got parked about 1 year ago. I think he only wants $250 for it. Be good start for trail or huntin truck. :D
