I found a good deal on a pair of 2.5" 40-series Flowmasters and installed them this weekend. It still has the 2.25" pipes so I just used some adaptors to intall the mufflers, and I currently do not have tailpipes.

I think it sounds really good, at least sitting in the drivers seat, but I am planning on having a friend drive it while I listen to it from the outside. With the top off and the interior basically gutted it doesn't sound real loud inside while cruising on the highway. There are a few certain cruising speeds in which you do get a pretty good resonance inside the cab, but again this is only a few particuliar speeds/rpm.

Really didn't notice any exhaust fumes without the tailpipes, though I do plan on putting on a pair of turndowns.
