What should I look for when installing a rebuilt tranny?

Actually I'm going to have to have someone else install it.

What should I look for ... to get a good installation. Places for leaks, gasket sites? Haven't done this myself in years.

Been pretty leak free throughout for 13 years.

    Thanks

Thought I'd bring it up again.

    Any ideas?

I'm not sure what you are asking. If someone else is installing it for you they should be looking for the leaks and any case flaws or cracks.

Guess that's why I got no response.

Just having trouble paying someone to install a tranny, that I could do myself. Gotta get out of the city!
