4 wheel parts wanted $300 to install the brace, so forget that. However, there is a guy my dad knows at work that can weld. I'm wondering what all has to be done to install the brace. How long does it take? Thanks

The main thing is the removal of the steering box, just 4 bolts plus the rag-joint. Also there are a couple of clamps for the power steering and maybe the mrakes that have to be disconnected. I did mine in about four hours after giving myself a crash course on wire-feed welding. It's very satisfying to do the job yourself, maybe you can get the guy to show you how to weld as part of the deal? I was stupid enough to wait until the frame broke completely in half before I fixed it, so it took me a bit more time than it should have.
