If you have 2 cars one on a trailer and one towing the trailer and you have the trailer come free, the truck and the trailer hits your towing truck, can you fill an insurance claim on yourself?

They will cover you if you have comprehensive coverage. However, your rates are likely to go up and they may drop you all together...

If something like that happens......the best thing to do is to pull over and exchange insurance information with your self. Then call the Police and report your self as a drunk driver..........uhhhhh.......no......wait. Tell the police it was a "hit and Run".....the trailer hit you...then it ran into the ditch.....uhhhh.......no.....wait....

Yes you can if you have full coverage. You will have to meet your deductable and your rates will likely skyrocket. /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif

Actually your collision deductible would apply, you cant be liable for damages to yourself.
