Anyone have any idea where I can get insurance to cover the investment that I'm planning on making in my '77 K5? My present carrier will only insure UP-TO Blue Book value, which I can tell you is very little, and certainly not enough to replace my truck if it ever goes off a cliff, and I walk away.

You need to ask your agent to have the vehicle covered for a stated amount. You will prob need an appraisal. Most insurance companies will do this. Or see if you can have it covered as a classic or an antique...they dont have to know you wheel it every weekend... This way YOU put the cost on the vehicle not kelly's blue book.
