Intake for TBI with Vortec heads

    I did some checking and here is what I found. Edelbrock is not planning to make one at this time. Good news is that you can get one from GM Performance for $395.00. Just thought all of you might want to know.

    Does anyone know if the manifold fromk GM is made for performance or just a stock replacement that they made to fit?

    Did not get a part # because you can get it from your local dealer. You might even be able to get a better price too. It should work fine with any setup as far as performance goes because you are going to be limited by how far you can go because of the TBI itself.

    TBI Vortec Aluminum Intake Manifold GM P/N 12496821
    Vortec Exhaust Manifold GM P/N 1257828

    Other parts necessary for the EGR Modification:
    - EGR Tube GM P/N 10220275
    - EGR Fitting GM P/N 12552329
    - Vacuum Controlled EGR Valve GM PN 17052693

    Not cheap. All that costs about as much as the heads.
