Posted this in the 2nd gen forum first by mistake:

I have an intermittent vibration in my driveline which only manifests itself when I let my foot off the gas or when I'm just feathering it in traffic. It's only there for a second and is most noticible during the transition from acceleration to when the load is let off the driveline. It became more apparent after my new driveshafts. Probably not axle-related; just had new bearings put in when I swapped to 4.56s, wheel bearings were ok. Drive shaft has a new CV and new U-joint. What's your best guess? T-case output bearing?

Check your transfer case/transmission mounts and make sure the crossmember is not rotted. Check your engine mounts. Check your flex plate for loose bolts or cracks. Check to see that the elastomer hasn't puked out of the harmonic balancer. Make sure the U-joints are all tight.
