Is a brand-new (rebuilt) Q-jet going to be better than my Holley?

    Well, most Holley's arn't really a gas mileage carb, and a Q-jet will do better on angles.

    Q jet were built and tund for specific engines and applications and technicallyh would give you the most performance and reliabity on a stock or close to stock engine, unless you had an aftermarket one thats been tuned specifically for a certain engine, but im sure you already know that, thought id point it out here anyways hehe
