Just today I finished putting in my new crossmember spacers, which drop the t-case about 1.5 to 1 5/8 inches. The ones that were in there prior to that were an inch, so now its dropped about a half inch more.

So after I install them and go to put my truck in park, its pretty hard to get the shifter to the "park" position. It goes, but theres a lot of resistance. Could the fact that I dropped the t-case a little more make it so the tranny shifter needs to be lengthened?

    Any help?

just loosen up the bolt that locks the connection to the shifter rod and move it down a little. theres usally about an inch of excess on the end of the rod.
