You really can't tell that well from the pics because on a 14 bolt the detroit goes inside of teh stock carrier. However, I don't see the teeth on teh side gears through the case, so it appears that there may be a detroit in there. If you look through those windows and all you see is a solid looking chunk of metal, then it's a detroit. If you can see any gears, it's open.

It does look that way...mostly because you can see any spider gear teeth in the little window.

On top of that, the olive drab paint on the housing kind of gives it away as a CUCV rear. As long as no one has messed with it, all of those came with 4.56 gears and detroit lockers.

I would agree with M_J on that one. I have the same setup in my 14 and thats exactly how it appeared. One way to really check is to bolt some tires on the axle and make sure it's elevated. On one side, rotate the tire either forward or backard about a half a revolution. Immediately stop the tire from turning - this should lock in the Detroit. Now rotate in the opposite direction and both tires should turn in the same direction. You may need someone to hold the other side still when you first try this - that assures the locker will engage. When the locker disengages, you will hear the gears "ratchet".
