Th400 mated to 205 from a 70's suburban. Dana 44 front with ff open 14 bolt rear, 300 bucks. From a friend of mine. He doesn't know what things are worth, found him the burban with these parts for 350, he decided not to use them.

I've seen just the transfer case sell for twice that. Depends on who you find, and how bad they want it.

If you dont need the axles, I have a good friend looking for a set of 3/4 ton axles to rebuild. Would you be interested? he would pb give you close to what you paid for the whole truck for em, also what ratio are they? Let me know.

    Regards,
    Remington

I guess by now you've realized its a good deal. The 400/205 combo is worth that alone, as are the axles. So its like a half price deal, unless they're needing some serious work.

They are very dirty. I can turn the transfer case shafts by my hand. Tried on the tranny, but I think it was in park.
