is this a stock T-case

    Red tag on it says 241c and gearing it says 272
    then Syracuse NV or NY cant tell

    yes, it is a NP-241 transfer case with 1:2.72 low range gearing, it is NY, and it is all stock

    It could be NY for being built in Syracuse , but it could also be NV for New Venture , which is what New Process morphed into after merging with another company .

    Thanks alot just soaking in all i can here :) i was going to change the tranny pan gasket but looks like the tcase or the rear tranny seal is leaking. also leaking from the cable that comes off the side so i cleaned it up and seen the tcase model on it.
