    I'm confused.

Did you owe the state money or did she claim you were not paying child support?

document everything you give her. do you have proof of past payments, or anything you have paid for? Have they done an income analysis of both of you? Just so you know lawyers are 125-200$/hr. And usually require 750$ retainer. Good luck Bogger

Did you bother reading his post, or just jump. "That pays what I owe the state with a few hundred left over..." is specifically what I'm talking about.

If there is money owed, they will seize the tax return. If you fight it, they will charge you for the fight and seize the tax return. Notice a pattern.

Sometimes Daryl you have to lay down your pride and just do the right thing that seems wrong in every way.

CBBR is in "The Know", after all.

I used to tell people all of the time that there is no winner in a divorice unless you count the lawyers. It sucks.

Problem is that if you fight FOC or the system, it fights back. And uses your tax dollars to fight, so you pay for both sides. Really sucks.

Thats why Crickets advice above is so good. Buy a punching bag.
