First, we get the Blazer website of websites from Steve Fox!! [IMG][IMG]
Then, we all find out what a FANTASTIC business OffRoad Design & Stephen Watson is.[IMG]
Well; now for a Scott Ellinger & Rock Stomper tribute!! [IMG]
I just came from the post office where I received my "piece of cardboard" from Rock Stomper!![IMG][IMG] The end of the cardboard had broken open & all I got was some cardboard packaging & an invoice. The Rock Rod & the Steering Stabilizer mount had fallen out. GREAT!!! I'm out nearly $200 Canadian![IMG][IMG] & still have no tie rod. I call Scott as per Canada Post's instruction & ask him to re-ship a new one at my expense & I'd go after Canada Post for the lost money. Scott would not here of it! He was terribly apologetic & insisted that a new one would be shipped right away & at NO CHARGE TO ME!!! [IMG][IMG][IMG]

Please, Please try to patronize businesses like these people. If all companies were that good; the world would definitely be a better place.

    Again, thanks Scott

I had a similar experience a couple years back with a Smittybuilt in cab rollcage for a pick-up. UPS lost one of the main bars that bends around the dash, I had to send what was left of it back instead of them just sending the missing leg. Pain in the a$$ but finally got it all!
