So I figured... whats the difference between making my truck driveable enough to put on the boat to hawaii, and driveable enough to take to the coves? A front driveshaft. $50, 45 minutes and pne big welding burn later, I have a square tube driveshaft (I know, booty fab), that actually doesn't shake too bad until about 25-30mph.

I guess this means if theres a gathering.. with a ramp or something to drive on.. I get to play too. Sort of. Unless I break.

Just striving to be able to booty fab together something like the t.beetle. That PS line was an excellent example of booty fab.

    I couldn't agree more....! :haha:

An amigo once defined "booty fab" as:

"pretty much anything made in Marv's driveway"......

I'm just waiting for a get together or something that won't involve trying to recover my truck 200 miles from home so you guys can "critique" my booty fab skills. Booger welds, triangle shaped holes, continuous headache when the motor runs.

Booty fab at it's finest. I even used "good" spray paint on it. better than what I used on the body, thats for sure.

Wasn't quite wheelin, but it was enough to test the front driveshaft out. 4lo digs all over the place trying to pull a tree out in a gravel yard. made the driveway look like swiss cheese too. The LSD definately spins both up front, see what happens with one tire in the air later. As for wheeling... I got some fuel issues to sort out. As in, how to keep the carb pouring the right amount in. I'm gunna rebuilt a qjet here shortly and see if it behaves better.
