I've got a bunch of music ripped, and the majority of it downloaded the track names, and information. Some of it didn't. When I try to prompt it, it just asks me to enter in the information. How do I get this program off it's ass and get the information for me? Anything I rip now gets the info... :dunno:

AFAIK, sometimes the info just isn't available on the track. You just have to play the track and add the data manually. I'd love to be wrong on this one BTW...

I loaded a bunch of songs, then updated the info automatically using the interweb. I don't know why it didn't for a couple albums.

track info is pulled from an online database called CDDB.

not all albums are listed, some just wont get the info you want.
