    I\'ve got... BOGGERS!!!!!

Well I finally went and picked up my boggers. These tires have only served as trail duty. The spare tire still has the little fuzzy strings attached to the tread! Never touched anything! The other 4 tires are in outstanding condition. A friend of mine just got some "almost new" boggers from a guy around here. After looking at mine we determined that his are almost gone. Now the bad news. I'm looking at about $1200-$1500 just to beable to use these tires. Almost $800 for (5) 12"x15" Bead Lock wheels, $??? for new lift (f & r) and new drive shafts. Heck, you know how it goes. One step at a time.

Just thought I'd brag a bit.

For under $800, you can get the Tire Loc (bead locks) and still be legal on the street plus it protects the inner part of the tire from loosing a bead. Just another option. If you already have a 10" rim, that would be better to run so the tire protects your rim. Get ready for the flat spots, rough ride and the noise.

Hey, let us know how they do with side hilling.. I would like to get Boggers down the road, but have heard good and bad things about them.

The main concern is with side hilling, people say they just slide in those situations.

    Thanks..

    Re: I\'ve got... BOGGERS!!!!!

As far as the tires go, I paid $650 for all 5. they have well over 90% of the tread left on them. The spare is BRAND FRIGGIN NEW! Still has the little rubber fuzzies on the treads. As far as the Flat spots, rough ride & noise, Hell if I wanted a car Id buy a car. ITS A TRUCK! And the side hilling. I can see how that could be a problem. But point the nose north and mat it! I'm not going to use 10" wheels because they are 35/16 x 15. they call for 12" wheels. Thats what I want to use. That will give it the Girth it deserves. Plus If I do any body trimming it will be a minimum.

Well if they are that size you are going to need some big fender flares if you want to keep it legal.
