A good friend of mine is lookin at a J**p Wrangler...And the guy said that most of the miles on it are from towing it behind a motorhome....Now what do ya'all think of this? It's a '94 with 127K....The price is right for her, and its a good lookin Jeep....Just wanted a few opinions.
Here is a pic of the Jeep.

It's a she actually. Andrea. And as much as we all hate to admit it....A girl in a lifted Jeep is pretty damn cool. No wasting money. So anyone got any other opinions? Anything?

I've had "towed" vehicles in the past and the mileage is pretty much only relelvent to the drivetrain and suspension. I'd run a compression check on it just to be safe but if everything checks out and feels tight then go for it. I would however ask how it was towed and if it was ever left in gear accidently. (I'm assuming they didn't disconnect the shafts.)

She just ordered a CarFax report and it said that the Jeep hadn't been registered for 3 years and then a "loss of title" was requested.....ANy opinions on this?

Sounds to me like it wasn't used much. Keep digging, some of the best gold mines are ones that were abandoned.

W/ 100 plus the pedals would be well worn if it were driven. If it were towed they would be newer looking.

This is not a sure fire way to tell, but back before they started putting 6 digit odometers in cars thats how I would get an idea if a car had 75000 or 175000.
