I was doing some brush painting of my K5 frame areas that have been ground/welded on since I sandblasted and painted the frame over 2 years ago, while the body is off getting line-x'd, and after I was done I noticed that I had several tiny little dots of black paint on my 6 monthold GTO in the bay next to the frame. BTW, I used DuPont Imron as my chassis coating, nasty two-part expoxy stuff. I spent three hours rubbing those spots off my car. Luckily it takes 8 hours for that stuff to dry and I had a fresh coat of wax on the car, once Imron is dry, it doesn't come off without a grinding wheel.
    Here's my sign....

I love it. Excellent build quality, sweet interior, and of course it's fast. My only complaint is the trunk size, but I knew that going in....

I'd like to hear about, and see pics of, that Line-X project. I plan on doing the interior of my 76 at some point.

I was undercoating my suburban tonight. I accidentally kinked the hose on the blower(it suctions out of the bottle then sprays out a hose. And BAM it blew up in my face. I was COVERED in undercoating. Side of my burb was as well. Luckily I don't care about the burb. Had to go jump right int he shower. I was REALLY lucky my dad was there. I was blind as a bat and he had to wipe my eyes so I could see.

I got a face full of transmission fluid once, but I think undercoating is much, much worse.

I have had brake cleaner spash back into my eyes more then once. It sucks. I have to sprint to the shower and take a minishower with my clothes on. I have learned to expect the spray back and now usually wear safety glasses when spraying brake cleaner.
