I need to redo my jerry can holders, I want to have some kind of box that will hold two cans, kind of like the pic below, lookin for ideas, any place sell one that I can just weld to my bumper? Anyone see some cool pics of one some where? Keep in mind I do not want to use the 10.00 tray thing.

I've never seen any that stout, not anywhere near that stout! I bet if you asked nicely though (providing you didn't want to build your own) Fred would build you one like that tht could hold 2 cans that you could just weld to your carrier.

Steve,if you're going to Lefthand in Oct. I'll talk to you about it(if you can wait that long).I don't have the stuff to make the pretty rounded corners but I consider myself a pretty good fabricator/welder and we can probably figure something out.By the way,I work cheap and think I probably owe you for all your work on this site and everything I've gotten out of it.

Well heres my version of that. http://grimsk5s.coloradok5.com/cgi-bin/i/images/ramp001.jpg few more pics at http://www.grimsk5s.coloradok5.com/photo3.html
I made that out of some angle iron and some 2 inch wide flat stock. You can stand on it and it doesn't budge. I have a cooler that fits it farily well also and it makes a dandy place to put a trash bag when doing trail maintance.
A compan called American Van makes something very simular http://www.americanvan.com The sell shelving for work vans and trucks. The model is FOB-2 for a 2 can and FOB-3 for a 3 can. The 2 list for 30.60 the 3 40.80. No picture on the web site but it looks very close to mine. You could rig a quick disconect on it for when you want it off.

Goto my site listed below and you will see Kayline's version of what you looking for. The latch/hold down is even lockable for each can. If you need detail pics just let me know.
