    Decided I'd rather make my own than pay $60+ for one. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

    Here's some pictures-

    This is what it looks like overall. 1000lb 1" trailer spindle.

    View from the top...You can see the outer bearing race and the top of the inner bearing.

    View from the bottom....The gold thing is the grease seal.

    These are all the parts.

    Pretty simple to do really. I cut to holes in the larger pipe with the plasma cutter. Put another piece of pipe inside the larger pipe just a bit smaller than the I.D of the bigger pipe....Plug welded the holes to hold the inner pipe in. Pounded the races in till they were sittin on the inner pipe...Easy stuff. There's probably $10 in parts/material and less than 30 minutes time. /forums/images/graemlins/pimp1.gif
