Does anybody know of any controllers to work on my IBM 'puter? I found my beloved video game from when I was younger, here online and tried to play it using the arrow keys. Too damn hard. Need a joystick (go ahead, make jokes you morons! /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif) to be able to play this game.

I also found Pac Man on the same site as I found my favorite game of all time...... DONKEY KONG!!! /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Are these like "universal" controllers to fit any PC? Anything I should ask or look for when I go there to find one?

Most game controllers today have USB plugs. Some will have the old connection (smaller but similar to your printer/lpt1 port).

Both my PCs have the old connector on the sound card. Do you have either USB or the old type connectors?

Go for what feels comfortable in your hand.... /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gifuke: /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif

Really - there should be enough out there to choose one that feels good (:gag: again). An extra would be a 'throttle' dial/lever for flight sims if you ever got into that.

I kinda like it built into the keyboard. I'm sure it wont feel the same as a regular Joystick, but if your limited on space, this keyboard/joystick combo might be the ticket.
