    Get all the parts and I am starting to put it together and torque the head bolts and the bolt broke in the block!!! This is really becoming a pain in the a$$ now. Now what do I do?? Remove the head again to get to the bolt?? Thanks for the help Mike

    that sucks but yes you will need to remove the head to get the bolt out UNLESS it snapped at the head then just use a easy out /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

    Broke off with a quarter sticking up so I twisted it out with vice gripes. It wasn't to bad I thought it was going to be worse then that. Thanks muddog Mike

    Hey CUCV, why did the bolt snap? You do know that (IIRC) 6.2/6.5 head bolts are TTY (torque to yield) and shouldn't be reused, right? /forums/images/icons/crazy.gif

    Yea, I know dieseldan. My dads torqe wrench was messed up and then it broke. Thanks for the help Mike
