the best was to prevent lower back injuries is to have strong abs. At least thats what Men's health says.

My back started hurting when I sleep about six months ago. I decided it was time to get in some kind of shape other than round. I started doing free weights 2-3 times a week and ab exercises almost every night. My back has stopped hurting. Of course I seem to have lost motivation to work out though. Funny how that works.

i've been a total gym rat sense high school, but in the last few years i've gotten married, had a kid, baught a house, moved up at work, started remodeling our house. well, after all that, the days get real short and free time seems to disapear. just got to force myself to get in there.
