Only way? There are other, better options /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I for one love my 1.5mbit dsl. Although the burstable throughput isn't as high as cable, the latency aspects are much better.

When it all comes down to it, you just get what you can afford and what is available to you. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

High Speed internet is definately the best invention of the past century, evenmore so than the plane!
Why do I say this, you ask?
Well, I can download pictures taken in Egypt with Naked women all around faster than I can fly there and still have more enjoyment! /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

Broadband is coming through electric lines /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif in the not tooo distant future...9X% of all homes have electricity so just hold out for a little while longer. They are claiming for it to be quite a bit cheaper than service over fiber optic cable systems /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

we are on the 1.5mb DSL connection here with four computers LAN together, its great, i think we are gonna go to cable soon we are spoiled already since we have basically same as a basic T5 connection currently, Lincolln area here hasnt has high speed for very long, Verizon just moved in the area a few months back and got us first broadband ever around here, it kept getting put off for a few years, but finally came,.
