JVC cassette deck power button

    I have a JVC cassette deck I just installed in my K5. when I turn the power off the deck displays
    ATT
    ,and it doesn't turn off it just turns the volume down low. 2nd the key doesn't turn it on and off. red wire to acc. yellow to battery.

    Don't just press it, hold it down a few momments. Did it work fine befor you put it in the K5 ???

    Boy that was easy. Yes I fell stupid now.
    bought it off ebay last year and never put it until today.

    I'll try to reverse the red and yellow for s!!ts and giggles and see If its just me

    Yellow should be memory. Run red to a switchable fuce (controled by key) and yellow to non-switchabe (always hot).
