Anyone know if a K&N Stubstack is compatible with a TBI? I'm going to be making a dual-snorkel air filter housing soon, and if a Stubstack is compatible I'd like to install one at the same time.

Hey, let me know how it goes, I was thinking about the same thing but I don't know how well it would work either. I posted some ideas on it recently on the ORC board...

I haven't heard of any, but I like the idea. The T.B.I. could use some air flow management. Ever think about making one?

What I'm going to make should somewhat resemble this:

    <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.shelby.net/mgervin/dualsnor.htm>http://www.shelby.net/mgervin/dualsnor.htm</A>

I've already punched out the coverplate on the drivers side next to the radiator for the other intake, and I plan to hit the local boneyard to see what I can scrounge up for this project. Due to emissions regs, I've got to get a complete housing to work with, plus another as a parts donor, so I can keep the stock housing for annual inspections. If a K&N Stubstack fits a TBI, I'll fit that to the bottom of the dual-snorkel housing for some good airflow!
