K15 to K-5 axle swap

    will swapping the rear from a K15 to a K-5 require me to move the spring perches to bolt it on to the Blazer?

    From what I understand it should be a direct swap.
    But measure everything first to make sure.
    K15 and K5 are both 1/2 ton.

    Thank you. I was thinking the same thing, since both are 1/2 ton it should work, the only difference being the Blazer rear is slightly narrower. I might as well go get to work so i can get on the road again

    The rear axles should be the same width if they are the same model (ex. 10-bolt, 12-bolt, etc...).
