Just wandering why is a 2 wheel drive Blazer called a K5 and not a C5 like on the pickups you know K10(4x4) and C10(2x4).

K5 is actually just the model name for the Blazer. It doesn't have anyhting to do with the drivetrain. The actual designation of a 4WD Blazer is "K10", and I would imagine that the 2WD version is a "C10".

or like Picatcho Peak AZ... picatcho is spanish for Peak.

of course there's other places that are less tricky wiht names like Walla Walla washington.

Double Dual redundancies seem to be something that people like to do... use the PIN NUMBER (personal identification number number?) to with draw some money from the ATM MACHINE (automated teller machine machine?)

think of it like the Z28 Camaro... thats all Z28 means anymore is Camaro. besides that, there's already a vehicle with a C5 designation, that I don't beleive would fare verry well off road at all... the 5th generation Corvette.
