There are really all that many real sites for SE MI wheeling. CK5 is the best fullsize Chevy site around.

www.swampstompers.com is the club I belong with. Great group of people! You should come check us out. The website is embarrasing its so old. So, I even hesitated giving you the address.
    www.misfitoffroad.com is another descent one.
    www.michiganjeepers.com is a Jeep site.
www.wegotmud.com is a site with guys local to The Mounds in Mt. Morris. But, a great group to know in case you have some troubles at the Mounds. They are there EVERY Sunday. I dont really know them, just of them.

Keep in touch. I am such a minority with my club being a fullsize, it would be nice to have another come along!

Daily driver kind of truck, or a wheeling truck?

I would like to find a 6.2l K5 to drive every day. I just cant afford the gas the 80 miles a day would cost me with a gas motor. My big block Suburban was going to kill me. So, I got a 2003 4cyl S-10 to daily drive.

My Blazer is a fun vehicle only.

They're not blanked out, it's hard to see them because the letters are almost the same color as the background.

    Thanks mrk5.

Yeah, the links are there... just maybe hard to see?

The Suburna is an 85. Was just my old tow vehicle. I am currently looking for a good 80s body and frame to put all its guts into, since I got a differant trailer and it is a gooseneck.

The Blazer I have is an 86 built pretty nice. Not quite done though.

No pictures yet. Still have a lot of small stuff to do. Trim fenders some. top off fluids, install trans shifter. All minor stuff just I am working 6:30-7:00 right now... hard to get free time. Hate it... I am so close!!

Kind of fun to start it, open headers are great. Oh yeah, I need to do exhaust also.:cool1:

Pad... is post padding... to get your post count higher.
Posting something useless just to get a higher number.

No real reason to do it.. just makes you total # of posts higher. Kind of silly really.

I work in Auburn Hills near the Silverdome. Electrical Engineer. The company makes asselby lines and tools.

I originally had a CJ7 with my big block and stuff in it. But it was time to retire it. And I missed the Blazer I used to have. Just on 33s all stock really.

So, instead of a frame off build of another Jeep, I went with a Blazer. through lots of trading I ended up with a Georgia body and frame. Took all my old 'CJ7' parts, which werent really anything Jeep anymore, and put them in the Blazer. Added a Dana 60 instead of the 10 bolt front, and added the 203 gear box to make the doubler t-case. Sold the 39.5s and got the 44s Thats it in readers digest version.

    What dealership you work at?

You can't pad in this forum anymore, you count stays the same....:D As fas as the color of the links you posted , did you do it on purpose or are you on night wheeling skin???If you posted on night wheeling and someone else wanted to look at your post in the default and it turned out like that, that would suck...

Yeah, I am in the nightwheeling colors. here is a test link....

    www.yahoo.com

It shows up white in my message window too. But, shows up ok in the black forum. I just thought it was a glitch when I am typing it out. I already let Steve know this yesterday.

Sucks that it comes up white in non nightwheeling color too.

Damn... unless you are in nightwheeling... I will change them again.
