    Bait

Yep Peanut butter is good. Dry dog food, the little 'complete' type round nuggets are very good. Bread or bread & butter are good too.
    Forget cheese.

    Yep,mice walk on by.

Those big sticky papers work good, for smaller mice.Be prepared to find them still alive tryin to gnaw the 'stuck' skin off. Good for parties :haha:

Your US rats are direct descendents from the Mayflower sponsored rats transported by the Pilgrim Fathers. Everything US is bigger than UK but they sure have plenty of rats here. Legend has it that wherever you are in London, you're never more than 7 yards away from a rat! :eek1:
How are you going to attach peanut butter to the trap?

A .357 works well. Heck a .38 Special might even do the job.

Seems a waste of good peanut butter. Chunky is my favourite. Thats why i'd go for the dog food bait.

get some poison and throw under your house. that way they'll eat it and die pretty soon. also by doing this, you will not have to worry about the little guy getting into traps or poison that you would put in the house.

Some cats are lazy and not interested in working for a living, thats why for me. Traps are working for you always.
