    Where is it located? I used my code scanner and the results say to check the cables around the knock sensor or replace it all together.

    on the pass side in front of the starter but some have two one on each side at about the same spot

    In the water drain holes, above the middle of the oil pan, in the side of the block.

    Tap on the top of the block, and it should retard the distibuter timing if it it still good. If not, replace it with a diesel! GOPHERKILLER
